Responsibilities
- Receive and process complaints in accordance with applicable law.
- Provide a safe, fair, confidential and accessible redressal mechanism.
- Assist an aggrieved person in making a complaint where necessary.
- Conduct inquiries according to applicable legal requirements and natural justice.
- Undertake gender-sensitisation and awareness activities.
